Retail Sales Associate - accepting PART-time applications (16-30 Hours) 
The Sales Associates primarily generates sales by providing outstanding customer service, systematic administrative and business oversight, and exceptional product knowledge.

Duties Include: Greet and help customers find product and check out. Manage registers and inventory and maintain sales records. Receive, store, and issue sales floor merchandise.  Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with merchandise and arrange merchandise displays to attract customers. Record and edit Masters from Friday and Sunday church services. Recruit and lead a volunteer team. Monitor store and work area for security/safety risks. Update Director of Finance & Administration on business performance.
Education: Associates Degree in Business Management, Retail Management or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years progressive sales experience required.
Skills: Strong sales knowledge. Possess strong communications and public relations abilities. Be well-organized and attentive to details.
Technology: Bookstore Manager software and duplication equipment. Computer – PC & Mac.

Accountant (BUSINESS MANAGER) - accepting full-time applications
(Will consider credentialed Accounting Professionals for Part-time)
The Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger and applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate internal control systems are established.

Duties Include: Compute, classify, and record transactions. Prepare financial reports and statements. Prepare federal, state and other regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Masters preferred and/or CPA.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years progressive accounting experience required.
Skills: Strong knowledge of non-profit/church accounting laws. Attentive to details. CPA certification preferred.
Technology: Strong computer applications abilities. Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Human Resources manager - accepting full-time applications
(Will consider credentialed HR Professional for part-time)
The Human Resources person provides leadership and coordination of all human resource functions, including, administer employee benefits program; recruits and develops staff; and facilitates policy development that aligns with the organizations strategic priorities and labor laws. Maintaining HR database and employee records and files. Performs general office functions and assists employees as necessary.
Education: Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years progressive management experience, preferably in HR Management and/or business administration.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years progressive management experience required.
Skills: Regulatory knowledge, and compliance system development. Typing, data entry and computer applications abilities. Communications and public relations abilities. Organized and attentive to details.
Certifications: PHR

Executive Assistant - Accepting Part-time and full-time applications
Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise volunteers.
Associates Degree in Business or related field, Bachelor's preferred. Minimum 3-5 years progressive administrative experience required. Strong computer skills, specifically using spreadsheet and other analysis tools. Must be attentive to details. Must possess strong organizing and multi-tasking skills.
