As a church that desires to follow the New Testament pattern, we believe the local church is apostolic by nature.  A healthy local church is the scriptural birthplace and training ground for ministers of the Gospel.  We believe that ministers are, above all, called by God in a clear and unambiguous fashion; sensing the Hand of God upon them for His Service.

Secondly, we believe that this calling will be accompanied by abilities; authority and anointing that are consistent with scriptural offices of ministry.  We maintain that a minister’s call should be confirmed and cultivated by other seasoned ministers within a local church. We hold the belief that ministers of the Gospel should be held accountable in their doctrine and conduct by consistent, authentic relationships with his or her ordaining Body.
